Black and Blue Striped Open Blazer

3/4 sleeve open blazer. The blue fabric has a bit of a shine to it. There are a few rips in the lining on the back seam and in both of the elbows as shown in the pictures but is not noticeable when wearing. The fabric has a soft fuzzy feel and there is some light padding in the shoulders.
