heynaynay74 Hi there...I'm pretty sure these are what I'm looking for. I began going blind about 3 years ago after becoming critically ill and now I have an inoperable cataract covering 70% of vision in my right eye. I feel like if I'm requiring glasses then I want cute ones LOL! The dollar store readers aren't cutting it anymore.

heynaynay74 . The listing mentioned the lenses were removed? I'm new into the "eyeglasses world"...did you have polycarbonate lenses in them? I just am curious about weight factor. Thank you in advance...I'm just scared and I know the longer I put it off (getting quality glasses) then the more damage might happen to my left eye but using lenses too strong for that eye. Thank You!!!

emilyelizabethk @heynaynay74 yes these will come without lenses and ready for you to put your own prescription in. I had a very strong distance prescription with polycarbonate lenses in these and was never really bothered by the weight. They are generally small frames and the lenses they allow for are relatively small, so that helps keep the weight down.

emilyelizabethk @heynaynay74 A high index lens material might be something to ask an optometrist about as well to get the thinnest, lightest lenses possible. I upgraded to those in my new glasses and was very impressed.

heynaynay74 I apologize for not getting back sooner. Are the glasses still available at your offer for me or were you able to sell them? Thank You
