Black and Cream Cocktail dress

This dress was never worn! Still has the tags on it. It is a lovely black and cream dress with ruffle detail at the collar. There is a side zipper. The dress will come to about knee-length for most people. The material has a slight stretch to it as well and will be comfortable through any event!
