Black and Cream Floral Maxi Skirt

Sag Harbor black and cream floral maxi skirt. The elastic waistband is worn out, but I’m a size 16 and it fits along my waist. I’ve also used a belt with the skirt, so it could work for a smaller size. The skirt is a very light and see through, but can be worn with biker shorts or tights underneath!
