This is a gorgeous long shirt / tunic from Forever 21. Light piling which I tried to capture in the up close pics. Black and cream (off-white) stripes. Size small. Sweatshirt-like material so it will definitely keep you warm in the colder months, but truly can be worn year round. Necklace shown for styling and not included. Puffed sleeves 3/4 length
