Black and Floral Romper with Long Sleeve and Layered Ruffle

This floral and black romper is adorable! The ruffle detail along the bottom, disguises the romper to make it almost look like a dress! The long sleeves are loose fitting with elastic at the wrist. The back closes with both zipper and a tie as pictured. Worn but in great condition!
