Black and Floral Roses Strapless Romper

Padded top part with stretch fabric and zipper back. Non-stretch bottom part, black material. Gold buttons on front (non-functioning). Only worn a few times years ago. Too small for me now. Beautiful floral design. Short-short style bottom. Connected black tie (also non-stretch) for waist definition. First photo has been edited to better reflect in-person color.
