Black and Gold Evening Sweater

A VERY vintage black sweater overlaid with gold lace. It has small velvet-covered buttons up the front and a velvet ribbon accessorizing the neckline which can be tied; 3/4 length sleeves. There is no fabric content or size indicated anywhere on the garment, but it fit me best (as in buttoned) when I was wearing a 6. It's in excellent vintage condition. I would place the era anywhere from the 1940's to 1960's.
