Black and Gold Floral Dress

From Nordstrom Rack. The material is soft and airy. There is extra material on the shoulders (see pictures) to create a shoulder pad effect. Never been worn and new with tags :) Note: I typically try on each clothing item I am selling so you can get a reference, but this dress is entirely too small for me lol.
