mlagerweij @emilymav9 For the skirt: the waist band is 14" when laying flat. It has a drawstring which I use to pull it tighter. For the top, the bottom band is 13", and pit-to-pit it's 16,5". The length from shoulder to bottom band is "13, or "14, with the beads/fringe included. Hope this helps!
