This skirt is amazing! Tags attached, tag says large, but it fits a medium as well. Super sweet embellished waist band with ribbons to tie in the back for cinching. The material is 90% cotton and 10% wool which gives a cooler temperature vibe, with a black oval polka dot pattern. The hem of the skirt is tucked under to cause a bubble effect.
