Black and Gray Tulle Party Dress

This beautiful dress is black tulle with gray dots. Dress has 2 layers of lining; one has a tulle ruffle at the bottom to add shape. Side zipper. Dress is a halter style with the tulle forming the tie around the neck. There is rouching at the bodice and the front waist. Lying flat, the dress measures 17 inches from underarm to underarm. The length from the top of the dress back (not the tie) is 29 inches. It is in excellent condition, never worn.
