Black and Ivory tulle dance dress

This dress is perfect for homecoming or any dance really. The top is all black with clear sequins which makes its super flashy also the feathered broach adds just a little more oomph, then to top it off the bottom has multiple layers of ivory tulle. It really creates a nice silhouette. It looks short but it's not really that short. Size is size 5
