Black and Multicolored Shimmering ModCloth Dress With Bow

This ModCloth dress is the cutest! It’s black with tiny, shimmering, multicolored stripes all over. The bottom has some pleating to give it just the right amount of flare, while the top has pleats on the chest, giving it a perfectly tailored look. The back is strappy and has a bow, it’s the perfect finishing touch!
