Black and Navy laced dress

Size 8 Banana Republic Dress. Navy with black overlay lace. Some pulls, but not noticiable because of the colors and style. The color is a lower v neck that is flattering. Pleated skirt with a belted waste. The zipper and fish hook is intact.
