Black and Red Tunic Dress

I wore this dress once to a Carolina football game, and it looks fantastic with boots and leggings! The beading is in excellent condition except for a couple at the bottom that need to be re-sewn. An example is in the last picture. ;) It is a size small, but fits more like a medium.
