Forever 21 black dropped waist dress with rose gold sequin design. Loose gauzy short sleeves with elastic low waist and mid-thigh/midi hemline. There is a slip layer sewn in as the outer layer is gauzy and see through. The outside layer buttons at the back of the neck but is open back; the slip inner layer will keep you covered though. Worn, good condition. Size small.
