samugirls @soloistone I just googled it, it reads if it can be worn on a necklace or scarf it's a brooch. What is the difference? I really don't know, do you?

soloistone Yes...this is a pendant only because if you were to try to use this piece on a scarf, the weight of this piece would be too heavy and this piece would just slip off. Also, a brooch/scarf pin would have a clip/pin that extended to the other side of this piece to distribute the weight of the pin. This piece's clip is only on one side so that it can dangle from a chain.
