Black and Silver Sparkle Stretch Leggings EUC Size L

Super cute stretch leggings in black with sparkly silver thread. These are NWOT and have never been worn or washed. Please see measurements. They are stretchy but are a very slim style and would also fit a small or medium in my opinion. I can stretch the waistband by hand out to about 16 or 17inches across. The rise is 11inches. Would be gorgeous with a long black tunic or shirt and cute heels or flats. They are quite sparkly but photos don’t do it justice. Please see measurements and ask any questions you may have.
