Black and Striped Gown

Cute gown from Windsor brand new with tags! Black top with small cut out with black, white and light pink striped skirt. Invisible zipper in the back, looks like the dress would have pockets but it does not. Dress is crushed from storage but the skirt is much fuller in person (steam it and the skirt will flow beautifully!). This style reminds me of Christian Siriano’s designs. Size 3/4 but runs small in the top
