Black and Tan Laced Cocktail Dress. Small 2-4

This is an absolutely gorgeous dress. I originally bought the small without consulting the size chart. Bought the medium last minute and wore it to chaperone prom (see pic). This is a very well made and expensive looking dress. It's brand new, never worn with original tags.
