Black and Tan Winter Boots with 1" Heal

Super cute black suede (looking) fabric on the outside and fuzzy tan inner material. Rubber soles that are tan. New but no tags. They are marked size 41 (European), which should translate to a 10 in women's, but I wear a 9 usually and they are just a tiny bit too tight so they run small. I'd guess they are closer to an 8-8 1/2. There are no tags or markings on the boots to identify a brand. As I was never able to wear them, I can't say for sure, but they seem like they would be super warm and comfortable winter boots.
