Black and Tan maxi length strapless dress

Gorgeous black and tan horizontally stripped maxi dress. With lace, bustier style top with zipper accent. New, never worn. Tag says size large but fits like a size small/medium. Top has sticky plastic lining to help hold top up. Approximately 42 inches from end of lace detail to hem of dress. Dress is approximately 50 inches long in total.
