mem6043 Hi. Does this dress appear to be true to size or does it run small ? I'm 36C and 25 waist just checking to see. Is the top is it just one row of elastic or multiple rows? Thanks.

mommylee627 @mem6043 there is no elastic in the dress. It has a side zipper and fits true to size. It is an Empire waist A line dress,so there is some flare at the bottom. I live in CA, I can get it in the mail today but I'm not sure if it would for sure make it to you by Friday 😁
