Black and Turquoise pageant/prom dress

Reposhing this item I purchased from @mak_89. This item has just been in storage. Never been worn since I purchased it. It is a beyond gorgeous piece, but it didn't fit me, so it was never out of it's garment bag except for trying on & finding it did not fit. Made for a smaller girl. Size 4 , maybe. Custom pageant garment. Original owner said she had it taken up to a size 4 but then let back out to a size 8. I am a size 6, ranging to 4 or 8 depending on dress but couldn't get this over my hips
