@txmav411 This one fits slightly snug on my arms (because I am out of shape) but isn’t tight across my chest. It isn’t skin tight across the chest, but is slightly snug. It has a really adorable slight flare to the skirt, so if you spin it will flare out a bit. I have added some photos!
