Black and White Beach Dress

Never worn NWT. Super cute for summer—ruffle sleeve hems and bottom. Bottom is lined with white material. 16” across shoulders; 19.5” across pit to pit; 38” back of neck to bottom hem. I ordered a medium and this is a small—otherwise I’d be keeping it!
