Black and White Checkered Dress Ruffles Small

Black and white checkered dress. Step in and Buttons down the front-buttons stop at hip area with a hidden button at crotch. Pleated skirt. Lovely ruffled front with lace. Has belt loops but no belt. Looks great with no belt or with a wide or skinny belt. BELT NOT INCLUDED, shown for styling. I believe the dress is mostly cotton. Very good condition. One very small hole near a ruffle, very hard to see. I would put this at a modern size 4 or smaller 6 please see measurements.
