Black and White Cocktail Dress

Spaghetti strap black and white cocktail dress. Zipper going all the way down the front. Stretchy waistband below the breast; glows out a little below that. Not sure of the exact material, but very light weight and resembles the outer material of men's swim trunks, making it breezy and sweat safe.
