Super cute daytime to nighttime black and white dress. As shown in the photos, looks perfect with tights for work or with a sexy sandal for a night out. Dress has pockets on both sides and is a little more than 32 inches from top to bottom. 3/4 length sleeves and worn less than a handful of times. 95% polyester, 5% spandex. @shalofowler hi there. There is no band at the bottom. I will measure for you when I get home. It's a stretch material but I believe it's probably around 16-18 inches laying flat but I will check when I'm home. Also, this fits true to size. Thanks.

Top of pocket seam to seam laying flat is about 20 inches under the pocket is about 21 inches. Again, the dress is stretchy so it will work with most shapes if you are usually a medium @shalofowler thanks
