Black and White Floral Cocktail Dress

This black and white (97% polyester and 3% spandex), strapless, floral party/cocktail dress is perfect for any wedding or party you attend. It's size 3. I'm 5'8, and it came to about an inch longer than finger-tip length. The "bunched up" look on the bottom half makes for a fun cocktail dress! This is VERY LIGHTLY WORN!
