Beautiful dress by Jean Paul Gaultier for Target. Measurements laying flat and unstretched: 12.5 inches across the front (back is open), 13 inch waist (elastic provides stretch to 14.5 in), 39 inch length (ties at neck, length adjustable) Slight yellowing on ties, not noticeable when worn. go_ginger @jhcwc Hi! The shell of the dress is 100% cotton and the lining is 100% nylon. Other than the yellowing on the ties, the dress was lightly worn and is in great condition! Hope that helps! Let me know if you have any other questions ☺️

go_ginger @jhcwc The halter straps allow the dress to be adjustable, so the exact location of the waist could change based on who’s wearing it. On me, the waist was a bit higher than my normal waistline, but I’ve also seen it worn with the waistline right below the bust, or at the actual waist.

go_ginger @jhcwc I’m not sure what the yellowing is. I noticed it when I untied the ties, which I had kept tied since the first time I wore it. The only thing that came to mind was maybe from sunscreen? I didn’t notice it until I was looking the dress over when creating this listing. In terms of fitting a size 8 to 10, I would refer back to the measurements. I wish I could help further with that aspect, but I don’t know your measurements, so I couldn’t say for sure if it would fit.
