Black and White Floral Formal Dress - Juniors

White juniors formal dress with black velvet floral patterns. Thick black sash under the bust, ties in a large bow in the back. Had attached a white cotton slip with black tulle at the very bottom (picture #4) to give a little more volume. Looks great with or without a cover-up!
