@izsmith It is a bit stretchy....I originally posted that it is for a size 0-1, however I had a friend try it on and she is a size 4 and has a 34 C bust and it fit her, it was very snug on her so I now would say it fits size 0-3....I believe the dress is a polyester blend with a bit of spandex ☺

@izsmith forgot to mention...although it did fit a 34 C bust I would recommend it for a B cup.
