Black and White Floral Skirt

Brand new with tag. Only tried on a couple of times but listen... it has pockets. Do I really need to say more? I will. BUT POCKETS. The sides have some elastic but not much to really change the size. There is a side zipper and button as well. Not sure what it's made of, the tag doesn't say but it is a thick stiff material. Beautiful skirt just doesn't look good on me and my short legs. Lol Size Large Length 24" Waist 16"
