Gorgeous formal mermaid gown that is brand new w/ no tags. There were none on the dress when I purchased it. I bought for event 2 years ago but never wore fur too COVID and it’s too small now.🥲 this dress is stunning! White appliqué on black matte fabric. Longer in back than front but true formal to the floor gown. Back is laced up so it’s adjustable from waist up. No name brand, ordered from online dress boutique. It ran a little small to begin with so check measurements.
