Black and White Gingham Picnic dress with bow from Ixia Modcloth

This dress has a close fitting bodice and wide straps, ties with a sash in the back. Tea length skirt is on the fuller end, not quite a full circle skirt. Cotton dress with just a touch of elastane makes this dress breathable with great stretch, especially through the bias waist :-)
