🛍Black and White Long Sleeved Polka Dot Dress

This sheer black and white polka dot dress has a black slip attached and is long sleeved. The top portion of the dress is sheer and black and ties in the front. The all black sheer part of the sleeve is attached to the polka dot part by an all black crochet band. It has an elastic waist for comfort and styling. There is also elastic around the bottom of the sleeves. This dress slips on and can be dressed up with some colorful pumps and a clutch or dressed down with sandals and a handbag.
