Black and White Paisley Design Blouse

This is a lightweight, black and white paisley design blouse. They are flaked of sparkle/gold throughout, not to be mistaken as stains. It gives the blouse some sparkle in certain light. The top layer is see through, but there is an off white second layer that isn't. Perfect top for work!
