Black and White Party Dress

Versatile, short (30.5” from neckline to bottom seam) silky dress, fully lined with cap sleeves, a defined waistline, and a small slit in the back. Across the bust measurement is 20.5”. Worn once to a wedding. Small mark on the left side of the dress, not very visible under the bust.
