Black and White Pinstriped Strapless Ruched Romper Shorts Tie Waist Stretchy

Cute and flattering stretchy romper from "Caution to the Wind". Pattern is black and white pinstripes and it has a tie at the waist. High waisted with wide leg shorts. Fits curves great. Excellent condition! Worn only a couple times. I just don't wear shorts much. Any questions, just comment :)
