Black and White Polka Dot A-line Dress

Black and White Polka Dot A-line Dress. Old navy XS. Straps are adjustable. Side zipper. Dress measures 20" from the a-line waist to the bottom of the skirt. Worn maybe 2-3 times. I was trying to be more girly but I don't like dresses. The dress lands at my knees but I'm only 5'2". It's not a mini skirt but on someone taller it will land above the knee.
