Black and White Polka Dot Chiffon Dress

This very much beloved dress does not fit me anymore, there is some damage to the fabric as shown in the photos but this dress is beautiful. Strapless, ruched top, mid-calf, A-line, flowy and fun. Cannot remember which department store I purchased it from but it was likely Macy's or Dillard's.
