Black and White Polka Dot Short Swing Coat with Bell Sleeves.

This Black & White Polka Dot Coat can be worn as a blazer or a light jacket. It is a swing coat so it fits loose around the waist. It has 3/4 length bell sleeves. It has front pockets. Slight discoloration at the color that I am sure would come out. I always got lots of compliments when I wore it.
