I fell in love with this skirt the second I laid eyes on it in the store! Unfortunately, I never had the opportunity to wear it and now It's not my size. The black and white polka dot skirt (called the Caroline Skirt) zips on the side and comes up to the waist. It is a size 0. I love the lace underneath.
