Black dress with white polka dots. Gold button details. White collar and cuffs. Sheer sleeves. Zipper closure on side and elastic waist. Pleated skirt bottom. Excellent condition! Worn only once. very faint discoloration on the collar on one side but not very noticeable (see photos)
