Size 14 black and white midi dress with ruched design in front and back. Was altered from maxi to midi length. I’m 6ft tall and it came to my knees after being altered. Straps are not adjustable. Some light discoloration on inside of straps so it is not visible when on. Worn maybe 1-2 times then kept hanging in closet with plastic bag cover. GUC.
