Black and White Semiformal Dress

Adorable little cocktail dress by B Darlin. Black eyelet bodice with white chiffon skirt. Zipper closure in back. No size tags but I am estimating a size 2. The waist measures 12.5” and the bust measures 15.5” if that helps! Would be fabulous for homecoming!In great condition!
