Black and White “Shirt Skirt” Mini Dress

This beautifully fitting dress looks like a silky shirt and tight bandage like skirt but is really a dress! How perfect. Caps sleeves and neckline falls to a bit below the collar bone. I am 5’3” and the dress falls mid thigh as seen in picture
