Black and White Skirt

Fits at the waist and flares out. Black and white with silver sequins. 55% Linen and 45% cotton. Has a 100% polyester lining. Closes with a hidden zipper and hook and eye closure. I wore this skirt once and it's just been sitting in my closet since.
